Affordable Housing

The HUD Section 8 rental assistance program is designed to meet the needs of people with various levels of income. Under the program, a resident will pay approximately 30% of their adjusted income as rent; often rent is low as $25 a month. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have. We are a senior housing property serving individuals ages 62+. 

 We are close to restraunts, entertainment, public transportation and much more. We have a kitchen that serves meals in our spacious dining area. Our activity center is open daily to socialize, work on crafts, puzzles, and games. We have a wellness nurse to help with blood pressure checks, help understand medications, and medical questions. There is also a social service director who helps with bus rides to doctors appointments and fills the calendar with fun and exciting events. Luther Center has a new fitness center for physical therapy needs and excersise.

Our on-site management and maintenance personnel are ready to assist you in any way possible to ensure your comfort and security. Your family is important to us, you can rest assured with our 24-hour emergency maintenance.
